A survey instruction describes the vessel or cargo, the place, the timing, and what you need to know. Oceaniq Advisory selects and instructs the surveyor, and a person at Oceaniq reviews the report before delivery. An automatic reply is not an acceptance of the instruction.
Claims and recovery
Claims and recovery work is professional case handling. It covers the parties and the contract chain, the correspondence, the deadlines, and the costs of the matter. Acceptance of an instruction is a decision by an authorised person at Oceaniq Advisory.
ComingAI Case Intelligence
